Youth call for a city wide March for March 10 for Immigrant Rights.

Immigration reform was the last issue President Obama mentioned in the State of the Union address. For our immigrant community, this message was discouraging to our struggle to bring immigration reform to the forefront of our nation's agenda. It is as if we were climbing a mountain, and after making great progress, were forced to return to the bottom before ever reaching the top.

To address this injustice, a march will be held in support of immigration reform on March 10.

In these times, we must remember our dignity, courage and perseverance. And we must work together for the comprehensive immigration reform our country needs. It is time we start climbing the mountain again, and this time we will reach the top.

This is the year to make immigration reform the number one priority on President Obama's agenda. But to achieve this, we must work together.

Together, we must start the climb!

Together, we must reach the top!

Together, we must lift our voices!

Together, we must go to the streets!

Together, we must and will March on March 10 2010!
